Is the region of your current disc the same as the region of your original disc?

Well I was a bit confused because my original disc said 'Pegi 16' but my new one says the 'T for teen' if that makes a difference

Hmm, any chance you could borrow disc from a buddy that is the same region as your original one? I believe Playstation enforces region matching between physical media and the psn id that purchases dlc.

But wait, the DLC works on my main account but not on my second, which is the one I want it to work on, but it did work before but just not now ,I was thinking it was something to do with the library on the ps4

Did the "primary" console setting change at all? You want the console set to be the primary for the account that has purchased the DLC.

Ummm ok I'll see if I can give that ago, it was weird because I put the new disc in and I had to do the full 14gb download again when I thought the disc would just replace my usual old one
