I've added counterplay without breaking PvE!
X = Precision damage value
Y = Time frame
Z = Time frame
When 'X' is dealt to player (sniper) in 'Y", player (sniper) is removed from scope cannot ADS for 'Z'.
Bump for balance.
Edit: This has [b]little[/b] effect on PvE, as most enemies are incapable of shooting you in the head.
