Any Tips?
I am a freshman who is athletic( I play basketball and run track), smart(My lowest grade this year has been a 98), and mature(I am known as the wise kid), but I have no good friends that are girls. I would love to get to know some of the girls at my school, but I don't really know how to.

Pay attention to girls who show up at places/events you go to. Common interests are really important. Let them do like %90 of the talking, ask questions about them, say their name whenever possible but don't overuse it. edit: a word

High school girls aren't real girls yet. They like being treated like trash then complaining about it. But, they keep going back for more.

1 ReplyYou just need to talk to one girl. The vast majority of girls' friends are other girls, so once you're talking to one, you'll meet her friends, and blow-me if her friends' friends aren't all girls too. Hell, even in-class over group assignments or something will do.

1 ReplyYou say you're athletic and run track so I'd imagine you have at least some muscle build. Start running track shirtless and playing basketball sleeveless and they should [theoretically] approach you and take the lead in conversing.
