I hear what you're saying and I fully agree with you if any of those were remotely the reason I was getting kicked. When my light was too low, or I didn't do enough DPS or just didn't know the mechanics well enough to make any kind of impact. I put my big girl pants on and offer to be replaced, before it stops being fun for anyone. I don't -blam!--up majorly, I don't cause wipes, I also don't take seriously enough to actually be upset by it UNTIL NOW, But when you do your part flawlessly, get kicked, invited back then kicked again seconds later from a fireteam you -blam!-ing started. At what point do you get to call shenanigans on that shit?

If you ever start a fireteam, never ever make anybody else leader. Best way to go.
