How fist of panic should be nerfed
There should be a 5 second animation for it to get cast to give players a chance to move out of it.
Titans should stay in the air for 5 seconds before the smash.
This is over powered compared to other supers and must be nerfed.

And Shatter on Nova Bomb should be removed, and replaced with a "Kamahameha" perk. You get to hold your buttons and charge the bomb, up to stage 3, and upon reaching this, it releases with a very loud yell and huge explosion.

Or, what if they nerfed it so that you could drop 3 or 4 FoH over the course of 30 seconds and removed the pause animation after you cast it so that you could just keep moving? Slam, run, slam, run some more, slam again...

Even with the 5-second cast time I will still smash yo @ss because the explosion radius is dope as heII. One time One Shot Ted was on my team and I saw him use his Fist of Havoc, it killed everyone on the fukking map, me included. Another time a Bungie employee tried to nerf Fist of Havoc, his body was discovered in bed the next morning...except the bed and body was completely vaporized. If you keep asking for nerfs, Fist of Havoc will find you. It is the Truth of Supers, the destroyer of hopes and dreams. You cannot dodge it, so when you see it coming just think of all the sins you've committed and ask 'Why me? I'm just by myself!' Don't nerf Fist of Havoc, become it.
