Your pictures show a warlock and a hunter class pack purchased. On your list of characters, however, you are not showing a hunter listed.
The class pack will be sent to the first character of the matching class you log into the game with. If you have not yet redeemed your Hunter pack, you will have to log into the game with a Hunter.

Be sure to check all locations for the items - including your vault. If you delete a spark of light by deleting the character it is on, including deleting a character just created before retrieving the spark from the postmaster, the spark is irrecoverable.
