Nope. Patrol isn't good enough. Stationary, non combatant targets is an actual shooting range. They can set it up to have dummies at precise fall-off damage ranges. I can have infinite ammo. I can test against unlimited targets that I don't have to wait for spawn.

Of you used the one from the division you wouldn't think it was silly. The dps on paper in that game is not the same as actual damage output. Bring able to swap mods on guns and shoot stationary targets at multiple ranges helps you determine which mods and guns are best
