Its a support ability. Not a damage dealer. Its fine as is (although the time it takes to tether someone needs to be lowered)

Its not fine , a tether should kill if it hits the target guardian . There is no debating that.

A guardian that has been revived wont die from a single shot. Thats just stupid.

No, its not. If they dont die, they get tethered, and as i said earlier, its a support ability. If ShadowShot gets buffed to oneshot any super, then what makes it any different then golden gun Also, how do you think defenders feel? We get a super that cant even damage people, let alone kill

It can OHK a sunbreaker but it cant OHK a guy that has been revived or a sunsinger that just meleed someone for an overshield?
