I GOT THE TITAN ARMS SO I DON'T CARE ABOUT YOUR HARDSHIPS FAG!
But on a serious note, I agree, or just make Sublimes more common to the line of Legendaries, or slightly rarer.
It gets me aggravated when I finally do get a sublime, but it decrypts to the old ugly PS exclusive gear.
