Unless your looking to spend more money on DLC Black Ops 2 easily has the best zombie maps and mechanics with the most maps (without the need or a DLC)
Tranzit is simply the best if your able to get everything together and Farm is great if you want a real easy map

Wat BO has kino, five, and dead ops. Bo2 has transit sectioned off into more maps.

Kino and five were both good but they dont have nearly as many mechanics as Tranzit not to mention there is no 4 player local splitscreen

More mechanics doesn't make something good.

In this case it does since the gameplay is essentially the same that only leaves maps, guns, and mechanics left to decide on whether or not one game is better than the other

The gameplay isn't the same if you add a bunch of unwanted mechanics. Transit is the worst zombies map ever made, most of the fanbase agrees.
