I disagree casual players should be able to be competitive, also you can grind a million years, have shit rng and never get above 310 or 320

I agree. I'm a very casual player. But when it comes to iron banner, or trials, I want a challenge not easy. Everybody deserves an equal shot when playing IB or Trials. Trials is different. It is very fun to go against lower levels.. even higher. I enjoy getting my ass handed to me, and I enjoy the players I play with. Keeping it how it is now is fine.
