It's called constructive criticism. And yes, when I burn a piece of armour or weapon just to infuse a few points, I rapidly run out of Exotics to shard.

Are you an idiot? If the guy isn't lying, this is a pretty serious bug and needs to be looked at. There's another player who reported that he doesn't get any armor materials when he dismantles stuff. So I have no idea what -blam!-ing problem you have, but if you call bug fixing an " Entitlement", you truly are an idiot.
