I'm sorry to hear that you're having connection issues. Sometimes these are intermittent and just happen once, or for a short period of time, due to network conditions between you, Bungie, and other players. Other times it can be related to your home network, other devices connected to your network, or the connection with your ISP.

Even when other games seem to be working fine we've found that Destiny may require a few tweaks to your network to get the best performance.

I actually had help from a nice fellow above/below, and got the problem solved! I do appreciate you guys actually giving a crap about helping your customers, as that can't be said for some companies. (My ISP included)
