He's talking about ranking up House of Judgement. You got that from PoE 30k right?

Got it from a house of judgement package. The package came from completing the CoE scorecard, but it was a house of judgement package.

Gotya. I believe OP is talking about when you rank up Variks himself. He has 5 or 6 unique weapons with Fallen symbols on them. Prison of Elders gives you Queen themed gear. Both are good though.
