And that's well and good for you (no really, you did good!). But the matchmaking's express purpose is to match you with other players of similar skill so that you are as likely to win as to lose. In other words, there are four outcomes if you go say 1.2 in a good match and .5 in a bad match: you win with a good KD(+4%), you win with a crap KD (net maybe +1%), you lose with a good KD (-1%) or you lose HORRIBLY (-3% or worse). These are all of course estimates, someone feel free to do some match there. My point is that only one outcome will get you anywhere and the system really leans on you to make matches even in wins/losses. Basically, you'll win as many as you lose, so if you get a mix of games, you'll have roughly as many losses as wins. Add that to a variable KD depending on you and it gets frustrating very quickly.
