Well, considering that Destiny is a worlwide game and that lot's of players don't have English as their native language (me included), it's just normal (and acceptable, in my opinion) that those kind of grammar errors happen. It's a non issue to me.

  • Except it's not just foreign players. Bad grammar is pervasive in almost every written communication I see. I have coworkers that mess these sorts of things up in emails. I even see resumes with these sorts of errors. It's really bad.

  • I get that. My point was that in a international forum it's impossible to differentiate the native language of the person who made the error. A few days ago another user in this forum called me illiterate because I made some errors in a reply I wrote. I told him that English is not my native language. Never heard of him again, not even to apologize for the arrogant and rudeness manners he had towards me. That's why one must be very careful when criticizing others about grammar errors.

  • I totally understand that some foreign players won't use correct English grammar (your grammar seems great btw). That's not the issue. My issue is that in many cases the foreign players (like you) actually have better grammar than the native English speakers.

  • Well... that is a problem common to every country and culture. There's always people who have issues with grammar, even with their native language. Maybe you people notice that more because English is the most used language over the internet.
