Apparently "new" exotics are dropping. I cannot confirm that, but I can confirm that exotic engrams saved are decrypting under the new system. They will always be higher then your current overall light level.

From what I've seen new weapon ZM is dropping but all the gear is stuff we've seen before. Curious as to when we'll see Shinoubu's Vow, ect.
