My warlock is at 319 now, any tips for me? I am planning to hand in the exotic engrams and use the weapons/armors as upgrade materials. But I am afraid I will only get 320 or lower drop only. Should I hand them in once I reach over 320?

If you're 319 the engrams will be 320+ If I were you, I would run the hard raid. You'll be getting 320+ items. Once you're 321 you'll be getting 322+ items, ect. Once you're 326 you'll be getting 327+ items.
