well if that's true then that sucks! I figured it would give everything that comes with the perk, including the armor. but yeah I can definitely be wrong abt that though. Maybe it doesn't, in which case that sucks.

Well the actual perk. Yeah. But when you choose the perk on the tree it actually increases your armor. idek by how much exactly I think it's +6 or something. That might be too high but a good chunk of your armor stat goes up when you put it on. Allowing the armor stat to be completely filled if chosen.
