I have saved up rank packages from vanguard and crucible. Can I still get the ldr or longbow?

If you have them ready to pick up (like you talk to said person and it shows a package) then I'm sorry, no Edging is when you are 2450/2500 away from ranking a certain faction and when update drops, turn in a bounty and there's your package

Yeah but this isn't a dlc, there could still be a chance that the items could be past the update.
