Op can't read. The helm says "Provides unstoppable for Fist of Havoc". This does not include the extra armor and when they release it im sure it won't change.
The shadestep helm says "provides the shadestep node for free". Meaning you get the whole perk.

But the unstoppable perk does add the max armor

That perk increases armor. It supplies that perk. Ie, it gives you what comes with that perk. Thus, the extra armor. Lol

It's not that I can't read .. but the description is vague enough that it can go either way. By choosing the perk you get extra armor. So I thought the helmet providing the perk would also include the armor. I'm going to edit the post though!
