My favorite year 2 handcannon but ice gotten all mine from leveling up the gunsmith

My current one is from Week 8 of TTK, the same as my Suros Dis-43 Scout Rifle. After that, it only came up once on Armsday (week 16) and only ever dropped once from a rank up, and that one had one of the worst rolls it could get.

I got lucky I think ive gotten 3 from packages but I've settled on the one on my hunter to regularly use
