Ok look kiddo think about this. The slow RoF auto's are getting a buff.
Soros is a slow RoF autorifle.
Spinning up makes it a med-high RoF autorifle
Moving the park over 4 bullets is to make sure people don't b*tch about it being OP in 2 weeks
More than likely you will get a kill before you even use spinning up.
So the more you know. Stop complianing.

I'm an asshole i see something I don't like I argue until I get board. But in all seriousness this nerf isn't even a nerf it's moving the perk over 4 bullets. It's litterly one of the smallest changes to anygun in the game in this update and saying that the entire gun is now nerfed is as smart as saying 1000 yard stare isn't over used. It's still going to be a 6 shot kill (I dont know I don't use suros) and even then if you need the perk to kill use a faster fireimg autorifle.
