Eh, some people can't handle physical retaliation, me being one of them. It is important to show kids that violence is not the answer to every problem.

It's not good but sometimes it gets to point where it gets physical. I teach my little niece how to punch and a very basic 3 punch combo. I make it seem like a game but it will help reduce the anxiety of being in a fight. Most people have zero idea how to punch. Bullies tend to not pick on people that give off a vibe that they will protect themselves. Very complicated issue that has different answers for the different situations. Hope things work out for people having issues with bullies.

Agree with everything you said, just as long as you teach your niece that physical fighting is an absolute last resort you know? You don't want her to think well if it will solve bullying it will solve everything.

Yes of course. Violence is the last resort. Better to walk away if possible.
