If you don't have boots, 1k stare carries 16 rounds. -7. Minus 7 more for the special 1knerf. That means 2 rounds?

Let's say boots add 5 probably round down to 3-4 pending gun So with 16 base Max removed 10shots Min removed 13 shots That's hit hard but not dead but kinda harsh
