I know, I'm not as mad as I was before it's just. The laziness of Bungie to even fix one thing. Just one that everyone complained about, the biggest thing. And they were just like "Lol nah"
Newsk said before that he loves dot because it (should) force a player to disengage. I figured the tof/vf build wouldn't be touched, & I was actually surprised they nerfed thorn again.
That's the thing is yes it should force a person to disengage. But it shouldn't be where you can be shot once with any gun of any archtype. Just one bullet, and then be firebolted and burned. At the very least at the end off all the burning you should have at least one half of your last but of health left. Not be one shot. That's just my opinion though. Love this game and have poured hours into it, even with all of its problems.
It's a really hard call to make, because sun singers have to use 2 perks for that advantage. It's really hard to say those 2 perks should be nerfed because they come from the defining columns of every subclass.
Like would you say vf/tof is better than shadestep & lockdown? Or shoulder charge with transfusion? It's hard to look at the big picture & say it needs to be changed, which is more or less what bungie said about it. I think it's annoying too, but I understand why they haven't touched it yet.
