I don't like that fact that they are pushing back spinning up by four rounds. Out of 33 rounds it only starts activating after 1/3 of the magazine has been dispensed. After this it probably won't activate until you nearly halfway through.

Actually, it currently starts half way through, when you have 16 rounds left. With this you will have even less then half a mag :(

Spinning up starts 4 shots later, but there is a damage boost. They offset eachother.

They do not offset each other as you still need the same number of shots to kill

With the damage buff you still need the same number of shots? What's the point of a damage buff then?
