"Oh no! Bungie cut our ammo reserves! Eff them!".
(Totally disregards the buff to hawkmoon, low rate pulses, low rate autos, fusions, hand cannon ammo, increased rewards, infusion now is full power, and the frequency of ammo drops in pve)
Jesus. Every change here is minor. Easily able to cope with. And imho, quite necessary.

the removal of HCR from the Mida Multi-Tool effects its use in PvE not just PvP and as I mostly play PvE no Stagger to ultra'a and Vandal snipers is going to be an issue.

There are many scouts and snipers to choose from as well. I use the Hung Jury along with a few others and I don't have any issues with Ultras or Vandals.

You'll be able to cope. I don't use mida for any part of the game whatsoever, but really doubt the high caliber rounds will effect it much. Wait and see.

Please tell me when it's necessary to use MIDA over literally any other exotic in a pve activity? Please.

well to tell the truth no exotic is really necessary but as the Mida was my first exotic in Y1 it is what i am comfortable with I do use Colovance's Duty and Red Death also as a Primary but for PvE I always seem to fall back to the first Exotic i ever got. The Mida Multi-Tool and it helped me survive longer in Y1 PvP when every PvP Tryhard was using Thorn to spawn kill me :-)

No I'll use my spare change and still use nirwens, plus I fusion some bosses but it's the ones I snipe I worry about

You will adapt, no problem. Plus, no one actually knows how this is going to play out! Everyone is panicking about something they haven't even used yet.
