First 2 DLC add cool little features, ie the robot companion, but overall they're lackluster. Not getting either til they're like 5 bucks. Just like I did with Fallout 3, and all the DLC were good. Anchorage was weird, but it picked up and was actually kinda cool.

 • The third dlc is supposed to be the biggest expansion Bethesda has every put out, probably why they only have a couple small ones.

 • Idk I quite enjoyed Automatron and the few things it added.

 • I can see that, the new additions had quite a nice look to them. My thing is, I played a DLC from Fallout 3 today.. Anchorage. After I finished a string of missions that tied back to the story, I was given access to a room with some badass equipment in it not attainable anywhere else. Chinese stealth suit, t51 arctic armor, gauss rifle. The DLC in previous games feels more simple, yet always ties back to the story and gives unique items. I understand the robots are unique and come with customizable rigs and kill mechanics, but my Chinese stealth suit truly enhanced the gameplay. It's a built in stealth boy, and I couple it with the gauss and am unstoppable. Then you've got the Mothership Zeta DLC.. I mean.. how does it get more proper than that? DLC should contribute to character effectiveness (not just followers, some people prefer the solo route) and tie adequately into the game world. So far, the DLC for 4 seem to just be additions to gameplay more than additions to Fallout as a whole. Feel me?!
