I've experienced this with my fusion rifle, I see all the bolts hit them, yet no damage at all.
Yet the majority of the team is in green.

Experienced the same when using my Titan last night and using the IB Fusion as well as the Long Far Gone so it didn't seem specific to one or the other. Eventually switched back to sniper. His melees would only connect 2/3times kind of thing also, was very irritating.

Same issue with my god of a Theasan but it only seems to be with people carrying the doctrine. I can't one shot any one carrying that gun

Just edited the post. Someone mentioned something similar with Auto-rifles, so I am wondering if my Suros DIS-43 has anything to do with it.
