I have a controversial idea. Buff Fusion Rifles and Hand Cannons. Balance is achieved when everything has a counter, not when everything is worthless. You don't counter rock by making it too weak to crush scissors, you counter it by making sure paper is strong enough to beat it.

I still think that sniper should have some way to be countered. Maybe make getting shot throw your reticle in crazy directions? That could work.

Yeah I've been forcing myself to work at it and got 2 master blasters in IB last night. They were pretty satisfying I'll admit lol.
