Yeah... I'm a practical person. The concept we are all simulations is... downright silly.
Kill the Vex and get it over with. They were thinking way too hard about this in my opinion.

......play the odds. They're not over thinking a single thing.

What would stop them from unplugging the machine? Why go through the hassle? It seems senseless to me. The Vex are 100% logical. If it wanted to stop them, why would it let them attempt to stop them? The moment they brought the Warmind in, theoretically, the Vex wouldn't be able to continue the simulation.
-
Exactly. Once they try to forcibly stop the simulation the Vex will retaliate IF they're in a simulation. So an infinite number of simulations are lined up to go to Hell. You're either one of the infinite, or the ONE real one. As I said. Play the odds.
-
What would they get if they "beat" the Vex. If they are a creation of the Vex, it makes no sense to disrupt the system that is keeping them alive. As I said, bringing in the Warmind would negate the simulation's ability to predict, thus showing if they were a simulation or not. Either way, destruction of the Vex host station has no affect on the "true" reality, thus destroying it has no consequence. From a utilitarian standpoint, it is the right move.

Destroying the simulated vex will send them to Hell. The only way to win is to be real
-
That's a makes no sense. How would they "win." Besides, if it means the Vex don't gain anymore data, might as well kill ourselves by killing it. You people are overthinking it. -_-
