Everything is mostly is re skins. There are new legendaries to gain. this will be locked to POE and post legendary engram's dropped after update. There might be new exotics and More Y1 moved into Y2. Tones of bounties to do. Any story/quest mission is the typical go to X, kill Y. Someone is going to get upset on the crucible/weapon balance changes. (My personal hope is the death of Mida, Last Word, Thorn) e.g. if they nerf something too much, or do not nerf something at all. The glow thing is just neon choice colours. It might be random colour per roll. e.g. chance of blue/red. The taken look is a specific armour set piece and weapons. NPC stores will re-roll (they will NOT be replaced with new gear, e.g. you forced to play POE, for new content) NPC stores might go up in light from 280. Would like to see 300 base on all.
