As a Titan main who completely loves Twilight Garrison, I have to say that I completely disagree with this. TG is pretty much fine where it is, while it is true we don't have Blink or Shadestep we can use this perk twice midair. It gives a huge amount of agility, pretty much more so than Hunters. Titans are very good in pvp, although overshadowed by Warlocks and Hunters they still pack quite a bunch with a well placed super. But TG does need a buff, they need to make it change colors with shaders. While I love it to death, it's ugly as sin.
