It's because they don't have tanks, they have great planes, don't get me wrong, but the Japanese need some tanks added.

Ya I don't really care about tanks though so I'm fine. Also they are still working on tanks since they are relatively new to the game.

That's a fair choice, but the love for the Japanese would definitely be higher with tanks. I personally can't get into aircraft, but I've been trying to. Also, yeah, the tanks are still new enough to be in need of tweaking still.
