Hey! That really sounds like a good initiative! I'm a gamer from childhood on, being 34 now. I played from Nintendo to now ps4. Mainly rpgs and thats what drew me towards destiny too. I played a lot of pve and started pvp last summer. This was my first online competitive experience. I grew from scratching to get 1 kill to a positive kd. I switched from shotty to sniper a few months ago and am learning that at the moment. Im happy with the things i learned a long the way and the level im at now. But I know there are still a lot of steps still to take in which i have still to learn, like map awareness, targeting, quickly evaluating situations, and i feel that the best way in doing so i through initiatives as yours.
