  • Kopi Luwak coffee is legit. Expensive as hell but a really amazing cup of brew. As long as it is from a wild civet and not a caged one.

  • Caffeine is a stimulant so too much of it certainly can be a bad thing. It can cause issues with addiction/withdrawal (coffee headache), anxiety, blood pressure or other heart issues at higher doses. A cup of coffee in the morning won't hurt but I don't advise going around slamming energy drinks

    • I work nights and make it through with ease now but when I first started I drank a lot of coffee. Just make sure you eat and also drink some water. Too much coffee can be very acidic for your stomach if you aren't used to it. Also, try some tea to mix things up. Still has caffeine but easier on the stomach.

      • Like anything, too much of it can have side effects ranging from negligible to serious. In this case, the only thing you should be worried about is the amount of caffeine you're ingesting, and if this is good or bad. The main thing that is most known about caffeine is the dehydrating factor and the immune system-lowering side effect. These are often negligible, as long as you're hydrated and are wary of germs. If you're drinking decaf, you have absolutely nothing to worry about; but obviously I doubt anyone is on the workforce. The article I provided goes through the positives and negatives of caffeine.

        • If you need it go ahead, it shouldn't do anything bad as long as it's not like that everyday for a long time
