I believe Chief wins, but not easily.

He has a CE Magnum, prophet is fu[i][/i]cked, that thing is basically a four hit kill in any situation

Well as far as I know in lore the power of the Magnum never changed so why specify CE instead of just Magnum

In lore it can't 3 shot a Spartan.

Edited by Edcub One: 3/29/2016 5:10:34 AMIn lore the CE magnum is a abnormally heavy weapon, but it is not as powerful as shown in game. In lore very few of the weapons are actual capable of taking down the shields of a Spartan in a reasonable amount of time.
