I liked Borderlands 1 but that was a game I went to my pal's house to play. Didn't get far at all.
BL2 was fine but...I really just got bored of it. Didn't really care at all for the story or humor. Characters were fine...well some. Preferred BL1. Still enjoyed playing it solo & with friends but get burned out easily.
Division...I'm sure it's a fine game but whenever I try to see a stream or LP on it I just get bored. The story seems to be on the same level as a CoD game. And it has that "you're the chosen one" thing going with its story which just bores me.
And the opening cinematic?! Oh god that was the dumbest cliche opening I've seen in a while. Talking about the super edited news broadcasts & the dumb "We're your neighbors, friends...we are...the Division".
Diablo...I've always heard of it but never played it or seen any gameplay asides a few seconds. And even then I'm not sure what it is. It's top-down right? Don't enjoy any top-down games mainly due to the camera which is a shame since I wanted to play Majica(?) but got put off it immediately.

I agree with every one of these points The divisions story just seams worthless to me Diablo 2 was my childhood, I still play 3 every so often

But the reason they say we are your friend or neighbor ect. Because the division is a secret shadow sleeper cell. Nobody knows who they are or that they even existed. Till they are activated.so it could be a neighbor or friend

Edited by Votable: 3/26/2016 12:39:50 PMOh just since that other agent who got her eye destroyed in the explosion went on & made it seem like [b]YOU[/b] are the one that's gonna be the one to do everything that matters while the rest of the agents just do their thing. Like Shepard uniting the races in ME3...or Destiny's...whatever the hell they had you doing. The Black Garden, VoG, Crota, Skolas & Oryx were all treated as your character doing it. So yeah...just saw it be done the same in Division. Granted I just stopped following the streams/LP right after the base of operations, with the Tech/Sec/Med wings, were introduced. And oh yeah I knew that's why they did it but just seems to go off like a military ad...which given the nature of the game I suppose it works.
