Licenses are handled by Microsoft. It seems that the error is on their end.
Bungie can not touch your license, they can only restrict (ban) you. They can not revoke your license or touch your live account. They also don't give out replacement codes.

That's basically what I told them. I believe I have clearly not been banned because I still have access to vanilla Destiny activities, correct? I also have not been notified of any sort of ban or restriction, either. So, my only option is to try to slug through a horrendously inept Microsoft support system?
