You mean KOTOR meets Elder Scrolls right? Breaking "canon" by adding more planets and quest we don't need and giving an unnecessary First Person perspective that doesn't fit the combat system. Unless they're planning to change the combat, which I do certainly hope not, then they should stop integrating it.
I honestly hope it gets cancelled or shut down if the attempt to change anything that isn't the graphics. Its bad enough that the new graphics will ruin the atmosphere.

Edited by KrayZSamurai: 3/25/2016 3:13:02 PMDon't ruin it for everyone else! Jesus, you don't like it then why read it? They're staying true to the original game, and they're not adding anything. They're merely giving it a fresh look.
-
I'm not the one ruining it.
-
Yeah, you are. They keep all the original planets, characters, and missions. You have a CHOICE between third and first person, so combat will be nearly the same. They're making it so it can fit modern standards. Don't like it? Then don't read or buy.
-
>modern standard So more casualized for dumb kids? Also, its free.
-
Now I know you're a troll and poor quality baiter.
-
I don't think you know what trolling or bait is. Please go educate yourself on both terms instead of stalking my profile.
-
Um I'm not stalking your profile. So, that just proves my statement. Good day, sir.
-
No, it doesn't in any way. Again, educate yourself on both terms. You want to se bait and trolling, look for the heavyweight champion.
-
I've met NoiselessPurse7. Personally. That's poor quality trolling right there.
She says she's a baiter and not a troll. It pisses her off when I call her that.
I was referring to Broken Steel.

Edited by Gomly1980: 3/25/2016 5:03:55 AMThe old KOTOR is still there, this will ruin nothing. You don't have to play it, just play the old one. You managed to spout the most pathetic comment i've had the misfortune of reading on these forums.

Edited by Moonman: 3/25/2016 5:07:46 AM
The old KOTOR is still there, this will ruin nothing.
Except for the fact that Revan didn't visit any other world outside those 7 after his mind was partially erased.
You don't have to buy it, just play the old one. You managed to spout the most pathetic comment i've had the misfortune of reading on these forums.
Lol you must be a real idiot to think what I said isn't true. Please do tell how exactly it is pathetic.
-
Of course it isn't true. Like I said, the old KOTOR is still there, a new one ruins nothing. Just avoid it and your pathetic problem is solved. They aren't changing anything in the original, it will still be exactly the same ergo nothing is ruined. In order to ruin something it would need to be changed a new one changes nothing about the original.
-
Their attempt to reboot a series that is still bery much alive and change it into Skyrim sure is ruining it. All they need to do is reskin it and be done with it. Game is perfect as it is and doesn't need a reboot that ruins the story or the classic RPG combat.
-
It's a fan made project, it's not going to be taken seriously a reboot. I repeat, because this doesn't seem to be sinking in, the original is still there, nothing is being changed in it. It's an entirely separate entity you can completely ignore.
-
Yeah but its a shame that KOTOR is finally is getting a sort of "remaster", graphically speaking, a reboot is also part of the package. I'll honestly wait and see. I will obviously try it out but if my concerns over the mod turn out to be true, I sincerely hope they don't touch KOTOR 2.
-
You guys will always find something to complain about eh?
-
The only way they would get the attention they deserve is if BioWare /Obsidian updated them. I'm not expecting miracles from what is, in essence, a mod. It may be fun, it may suck giant hairy monkey balls but it's free so I can't complain. I doubt we'll see a proper remaster of the originals. I could be wrong, and I hope I am, so this is what we're left with.
