The division took a lot of its aspects and learned from Destiny. In my mind, I feel like this is a Halo v Killzone battle except not system specific
Edit: both are good games except one is obviously better

Exactly, I feel Destiny is like Halo, because of the mechanics, although the Division has good content, the mechanics are not a smooth. Also, the Division is still new which is why the content is so fresh
