Roll 4 for pvp. Roll 2 for pve. Don't use the vendor version, they haven't fixed the LiTC firefly glitch so it's too risky to use.

For roll 4, which is the better perk, Life Support or Underdog?

Life support. Underdog doesn't do enough. The range boost is very small and barely noticeable

Roll 2 is amazing, I think people are missing the outlaw on it.

I think Outlaw is one of the best perks for hand cannons and it completely negates the reload speed loss from Rifled Barrel. Poll is showing that LitC and Firefly is running away with it and I didn't think it was going to be that clear cut.

I'll second that about the vendor version. Firefly in a hand cannon is great, but in this case it sure has a downside. The gun now resides in my vault.
