Edited by LowIQPlayz3445: 3/22/2016 2:08:20 AMWell, it's the protestor's fault for provoking the crowd, and his fault for making an ass of himself. Do I support trump? No. Do I like trump? No. But do I think interrupting his rallies is acceptable? No. The only thing in this thread that I'm against is blaming half of the political system for people being assholes.

Edited by Onion Beetle Fan: 3/22/2016 2:02:17 AM
Well, it's his fault for provoking the crowd, and his fault for making an ass of himself.
I understand. I'm a staunch Burnout supporter in Switzerland. Just because one is blaming something doesn't make it so. Speech, or in your case X, doesn't justify violence, Y. This is why the people who were violent were arrested, both Trump supporters, and Trump protesters. =( No presidential candidate is responsible for the actions for his/her supporters. No one. Not Sanders, not Trump, not Hillary, not Cruz, not Kasich, not Rubio. The candidates should call for more peace, but shouldn't have to responsible for their supporters. That is a logical fallacy. 'If someone buys a gun and kills someone with it, the gun manufacturer should be it held accountable' --> same case, great example, it was also used by Hillary Clinton... If I may use your line of reasoning, "Okay I can't say for sure if he's a racist, but he creates an environment for racists!" How the heck are you supposed to argue that? "No, I'm not saying Bernie Sanders is a serial cannibalist - I'm just saying he creates a space where other cannibalists might feel safe." This is grasping at any available straw. Cheers.

No. I didn't mean Trumps fault. It was the protestors fault. I worded that very poorly. I'll fix that now
