False. Shortgaze would be better than ambush, [u]anything[/u] would be better than unflinching. Pretty sure he has the default chest roll.

Edited by Hells Mascot: 3/22/2016 5:28:57 AMYes, it is the default chest roll, but I still believe it's the best possible roll (not to mention there is a 1/1890 chance of getting that exact roll and the Prison of Elders just gives it to you). Shortgaze is not objectively better than ambush, just different. Although static tests don't seem to suggest that Unflinching does much of anything, static tests also don't suggest that Hidden Hand does much of anything. I don't think we know what either perk truly does yet, so I wouldn't say either is worthless. For what they purportedly do, however, they've both been considered to be extremely good on a sniper rifle. If you want the best Her Benevolence roll with perks that have 100% understood effects, you'd want the Shortgaze SLH10/LongviewSLR10 option, Outlaw, Snapshot, and Clown Cartridge. Otherwise, you have the best possible roll.

Shortgaze gets a lot of flinch, with unflinching it barely gets any. It's so easy to hit a headshot while being sniped

What are you thinking is the best second perk in place of unflinching?

Any perk that changes ammo or magazine in any way, cool down reducers, something like last resort maybe. Unflinching has absolutely no visible difference on a sniper IMO. Even in side by side comparisons it's minuscule.
