What MOS? I was 11B went to Ft. Benning back in 1990. They called it One station unit training. Basic, infantry, then straight to Airborne. Its only hard if you make it hard. They will screw with you but if do what your told and drive on you'll be fine.

-blam!- Georgia and that humidity. I got lucky and did my training at Ft Knox but was stationed at Ft Stewart.

Yeah the humidity suxed azz. I'm 46 now, lucky I was 19 and in good shape or it would have been a killer. I remember being out in the woods and stepping on a old log and it was like a sponge. Good times.
