i dont know the retailer... i only asked my cousin to buy me from abroad and im from another country from where my cousin lives in

That could be the issue. If your cousin is in a different region, the code most likely won't work. Each region has its own kind of code.

No, you cannot. You need a code purchased in your region for it to work. Try contact PSN's customer support to find out what your options are in this regard.

nevermind i created a new PSN account with a USA as its region... i tried entering the code and it works so now my problem is how am i gonna be able to use my original account into the new account xD

You cannot merge account. You'll have to use this new US account to play Destiny. There is no way to bypass that.
