Considering you're always on call and always ready to do shit, if you're doing 12 hour days you're working 9.8 dollars per day, 16 hour days you're making 7.3 dollars per day, and if it's 18 then it's 6.2. Arguing it's economically savvy is untrue in comparison to your time.
I wish you luck but you're also signing your life away to an entity that regards you as a number instead of a human being. You're a political tool now and it's sad how they treat our military, good luck.
