SUROS probably. Zhallo is tailored for clustered enemies, and is less stable.

This if you're on a close quarter map the Zhalo will shine with clustered enemies. I would try spinning up and the focus fire perks on Suros....I like the focused fire one myself.

I rarely find Zhallo as useful as in PvP, but both of SUROS's perks are great for PvP. When spinning up is is at top speed, it's unbeatable.

I'll try that with spinning up I'm more of a precision guy and normally use the focus fire. I have yet to use Zhalo in PvP but it's been used against me, lol. Something about lightning bolts flying your way makes me a deer in headlights. It's distracting.

If you have enough strange coins, you can just buy an exotic from xur and dismantle it.
