Quit playing the regular, they have radars which in turn have them face you before you get close enough and throw yourself into "Inferno" that is the easiest way you can get a backstab blink strike for the bounty.

I followed your advice and FINALLY got it. Yeah, no radar mode seems like a must for this bounty, it being so ridiculously hard to get on its own. So, thank you.
